Biography:
Esther leads the Development Team, helping to identify and explore commercial and fundraising opportunities. Since joining Menzies in 2016, Esther has worked with the Director, other senior leaders across Menzies and the Board, providing high level advice on strategic opportunities and issues, advocacy, engagement and stakeholder relationships.
Esther also currently manages the Catalyse Program – a mentorship program designed to champion the advancement of early/mid-career women in STEMM through a series of targeted personal, professional and leadership development opportunities.
Prior to joining Menzies, Esther worked at the Northern Territory Medical Program as a student support officer. She also worked for the Department of Justice, evaluating specialist lists in the Magistrates Court, and as a researcher and executive officer at the Tasmania Law Reform Institute.
