Biography:
Ade is a healthcare professional with a strong academic interest and has a longstanding special research interest in kidney disease, diabetes, cardiovascular medicine and Indigenous health. He has distinctive, cognate background knowledge and skill in extracorporeal blood circulation, medicine and podiatry.
He is passionate about renal replacement therapy efficacy improvement. Ade is investigating ESKD progression and the impact of diabetes and vascular complications on lower limb ulceration and amputation rates in Northern Territory, with the Territory Kidney Care team at Menzies School of Health Research.
Ade lectures and clinically works with ‘at risk’ foot and ‘high risk foot’ diabetic patients.
